We've partnered with the one and only Sparkle Spa RI
to bring you this amazing event!
The amazing Sparkle Spa bus will be parked right in front of the studio!
First, you'll accompany your little Princess inside the bus where she will be treated to a fabulous Glam Party! "Frozen" will be playing while she gets beautified for her big moment with the Snow Queen!
She will get a special hairstyle with snowflake glitter, a princess crown,
makeup with glitter and face gems and even a glitter tattoo!
After that you will bring her upstairs to the studio where she will get to meet The Snow Queen herself!

They will take pictures together on our beautiful hand-built scene
(No fake backdrops here! This scene will have them mesmerized!)
You will receive THREE high-res retouched digital images from this session!
Lastly, she will get to decorate snowflake cookies and
get her very own marshmallow snowmen to take home!

Please read through ALL of this before you book your session!
1.) How do I make my payment?
Once you book through our app (via the orange button on this page), you will receive an email in 24-48hrs with instructions on how to submit your payment. We accept cards on this website, Venmo and Zelle. This session is to be pre-paid IN FULL at the time of booking so cash will not be accepted the day of. This event is NON-REFUNDABLE as we have limited spots.
2.) What if I am late or have to cancel my session?
If you are late and we have someone after you, your session will be cut short. Refunds are only given if the studio or The Sparkle Spa cancels your session. If you cancel you DO NOT get a refund but you may send someone else in your place. Scheduling is based on availability.
3.) How long is the session and how many people does the session fee cover?
The fee is for ONE CHILD. Each child is $100. No splitting sessions. Expect to be there for about 30-45min.
4.) Why are the booking times every 15min if it says my session is 30-45min?
We can accommodate about six children per hour because they will spend about 10-15min in the bus, 10min taking photos and 10-15min making marshmallow snowmen. So, after one child leaves the bus and heads upstairs to finish their session, another child goes into the bus to get started and so on and so forth! This is why you CANNOT be late! If anything, come a little early and wait a few minutes so we can stay on time. We have a system down that works perfectly so you have nothing to worry about!
5.) Where is the event held?
LOCATION: Stacy Smith Studios 4 Warren Ave North Providence. Below is a photo of the entrance. You will see the Sparkle Spa bus parked outside….you can’t miss it!
*** Please make sure your navigation takes you to NORTH Providence. Not EAST Providence. This has happened before!
6.) When will I receive my photos?
Galleries are delivered via email within 3-5 days Be sure to save “stacy@stacysmithstudios.com” in your contacts so our email doesn’t end up in your spam.
7.) How many photos do I get?
These sessions come with 3 retouched images chosen by Stacy. Photos are edited and delivered to you in 3-5 days. You will be emailed instructions on how to download them right onto your own computer from your gallery. They are high-res and logo free. (You do NOT get to keep the unedited images.)
8.) What if my child doesn’t cooperate?
We do NOT issue refunds for uncooperative children. We will do what we can with the time we have to get them to smile. If you anticipate your children will be tough please bring things that make them smile that we can use to get their attention and some happy faces!
